Somatic Coaching with artists
‘I've always been interested in the body. I can't be artistically active without it. But for years it was the intellect that led the way - now that I'm getting older, I'm asking myself how I can live a radically organic life.’

Somatic Coaching with animal friends
‘I know that I'm not living my life to the full, I'm driving with the handbrake on. That hurts my heart because I know there is more to life.’
Animals are masters of communication. They are close to us and love to be by our side. But sometimes they also show behaviour that is incomprehensible to us, sometimes even annoying. 80% of this behaviour is rooted in us humans. We have fears, traumas and suffer silently from blockages and imprints that we are often unaware of. Somatic bodywork goes in search of the feelings that we can become aware of with courage - radically and ruthlessly honest. The result: lightness, flow, confidence, fears disappear and, incidentally, a very deep connection to our animal is created. And a connection to the world in general.
We experience the magic of life with animals.

Somatic Coaching with Professionals in Responsibility
‘I work with people who are unmotivated, absent-minded, stressed and irritable - how can I get them back on board?’
Appreciation is not only shown through words, but also through genuine listening, being present in the moment and being willing to take their perspective seriously - even if it seems difficult to access at the time.
We often need a change of perspective: instead of commenting on behaviour, we can ask deeper questions. What does this person really need right now? What has thrown them off their stride? And: How can I stay centred in order to be able to dock on at all? Where do I just comment and realise that this actually only has to do with my own story?
Connection is created where people feel seen - not just with their performance, but with their whole person. This also applies to children.
Somatic coaching opens the way to seeing these connections.

Somatic Coaching with Professionals in Responsibility
‘All my life I've been there for others. Now I want to be there for myself. To get to know myself before it's all over. And I want to look after my body.’
If we are lucky in life, everything goes well, we have achieved a lot. Family, home, security and stable relationships. Sometimes, however, these ‘factors of happiness’ cost us nothing less than our own ego. In the third stage of life, many people ask themselves what still needs to be done. Where should I go? Do I just want to look after grandchildren or is there something else? Perhaps time has also shown that there is still something ‘unseen’: many imprints from early life only become apparent in old age, when parents need special care or are no longer there. The moment may come when we realise that we were already ‘cared for’ as a child and are now doing it again. Then we ask ourselves: What about me? Where am I?
In Somatic Coaching, we go in search of clues, see and let go. As always - all in the direction of acceptance, lightness and self-love. For more life in life.
